The hotel rooms were a bit disappointing in terms of cleanliness and matching the advertised king bed, but they were okay although not as appealing as in the photos. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff assisting promptly with all our needs. The location, while central with plenty nearby, had some issues with slippery tiles needing better maintenance. The dining experience had great food variety but felt crowded at times. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
